Komline-Sanderson (K-S)recently selected Encompix ETO (Engineer-to-Order) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to replace an old legacy system.
Located in Peapack, New Jersey, Komline-Sanderson's equipment is used in industrial and municipal plants for process/production filtration, indirect heat transfer, sludge & biosolids processing, wastewater clarification, and dry scrubbing of off-gas.
K-S Vacuum & Pressure Filters are used for process/production filtration, clarifying, cake washing, and extraction applications.
K-S Nara Paddle Dryer/Processor is used for industrial process/production drying, heating, cooling, pasteurization, crystallizing, and reacting of pastes, cakes, powders, and granules using indirect heat transfer.
Komline-Sanderson Sludge & Biosolids pumping, thickening, dewatering, and drying products include: Plunger Pumps, Gravity Belt Thickeners, Belt Filter Presses, Vacuum & Pressure Filters, and the Indirectly Heated Paddle Dryer.
Wastewater clarification using Dissolved Air Flotation or Filtration reduces surcharges, recovers product and water for reuse.
Rotary Atomizers are used in dry scrubbing and in spray dryers.
The order is for a 40-user system with the initial emphasis on reducing the engineering backlog. Komline-Sanderson sees the Encompix CRM module as a key component to improve their estimating and sales process. The implementation is scheduled to be completed first quarter 2006.
