tea, or chocolate a few hours before going to bed
*Try not to worry at bed time. Many people are stressed out and
can't relax when they lay down to go to bed. Try to be relaxed
and not to think of your problems during bed time.
*Don't drink alcohol. Although it may calm your nerves. Alcohol
stops you from getting a good nights rest. You might be asleep
but the quality of sleep will be poor
