With Omelette pans breakfast meals always come out right

Enjoying eggs for breakfast is a common practice in many homes. For many the omelette is a delicious way to enjoy them. Omelette pans are special made pans to cook egg omelettes with tremendous ease. Although many prepare them with a standard frying pan these special pans can help turn out perfect meals everytime. Omelette pans come in many shapes and sizes, here are some tips in picking the right one.

Some of the best omelette pans have a rounded bottom for making the flipping or rolling eggs step easier. 8, 10, and 12 inch pans are the most used sizes. Non-stick pans are always recommended for ease of use and less clean up time. For cooking two-egg omelettes choose a 7 inch pan, for three egg ones use a 8 inch.

Choosing the right metal is important when picking a omelette pan. Copper lined with tin or stainless steel is one good choice for alot of items that need precise timing. Stainless steel-wrapped aluminum is an excellent choice for omelette cooking.

Always use a non-stick omelette pan when cooking eggs as it makes the flipping and rolling over step very easy and clean up is not so much of a chore afterwards. Moderate heat is all that is needed with non-stick pans.

Look for hollow metal handles when purchasing omelette pans, as they stay cool longer and cool down faster. Another option is "Phenolic" handles which stay cool even when frying for a long time.

Omelette pans are easy to find on the internet with many choices available depending on your needs and how often you fix omelettes. Choose wisely and enjoy your eggs made right every time.
